		<description>You really should not show your ignorance quite so blatantly in public places.  First, it is Romano Prodi who is running the government, not Napolitano. You recognize the fact, but obscure the importance.  &lt;br /&gt;
Second and more critically, the Italian Communist Party (PCI) had good relations with Eastern Europeans parties and dissidents.  I suspect most of their members would be happier to deal with Napolitano than with Berlusconi, who spent the last electoral season accusing the Chinese of &quot;burning babies&quot; for fertilizer.  Napolitano is as respected a figure in italian political life he was a moderate Communist when the PCI was a critical component of Italian political life.</description>
