
Adib-Moghaddam, Arshin
Born in Istanbul and educated at the Universities of Hamburg, American (Washington DC) and Cambridge, Arshin Adib-Moghaddam lectures on politics and international relations at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. The author of Iran in World Politics: The question of the Islamic Republic (Hurst/ Columbia University Press, 2007/2008) and The International Politics of the Persian Gulf (Routledge, 2006), he was the first Jarvis Doctorow Fellow at St Edmund Hall, University of Oxford. He was also elected Honorary Fellow of the Cambridge European Trust Society at the University of Cambridge. His latest publication Iran in World Politics: The question of the Islamic Republic is now available for worldwide distribution from Hurst & Co., Amazon and Columbia University Press.

Adriano, Joel
Joel Adriano currently works on a UNICEF-funded project to write the mid-decade assessment report of the Philippines' Education for All 2015 Plan. He writes for several media as the Asean BizTimes, the magazine Masigasig and Entrepreneur. He has recently completed his engagement as research-writer for the World Bank publication the Philippine Environment Monitor 2006 with focus on environmental health. At the same time, he provided assistance to Spanish and Filipino team leaders on the World Bank project with the environment department there concerning plans for the brown sector. He also completed the editing and layout of 3 World Bank papers on Philippine Safeguards Country Systems Assessment Program. He has a Masters in Environmental Studies and Bachelor of Science in Development Communication majoring in Journalism both at the University of the Philippines Los Baños.

Ricardo Angoso is a journalist who specializes and international affairs, and a general coordinator of the NGO European Dialog, based in Madrid.

Anzelini, Luciano
Luciano Anzelini has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), and holds a Master’s in International Studies from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He is a professor and researcher at the UBA and the University of Quilmes. He has been a grant recipient from the Ford Foundation of the United States and the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, jointly with the National Agency for Scientific and Technologic Promotion in research projects dealing with American-Latin American relations. Currently he is a consultant for a United Nations Program for Development (PNUD) and an international analyst in diverse media.
