
Bavly, Dan
Daniel Bavly graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem after having fought as an infantryman in Israel’s War of Independence. An Executive Partner in the Accounting and Auditing Firm Bavly, Millner and Co. in Tel Aviv from 1957-1995, Bavly became an active lay-leader in many Israeli Universities after retirement. He is the author of a number of books on the history and foreign relations of Israel.

Bello, Iraxis
Iraxis Bello is a journalist who received her degree from the Central University of Venezuela. She works in the international section of the daily newspaper El Universal, and has ample experience covering political and social events for various media. She received a Master’s in International Relations and Communication from the Complutense University in Madrid.

Benedicto, Miguel Ángel
Miguel Ángel Benedicto is chief of the international section of Telemadrid. He directs Fácil Consultores and is president of the association Ideas and Debate (Spain). He is co-author of the books “Europe on Debate. Twenty Years Later (1986-2006)” and “The Major Operation of History’s Solidarity.” He has given postgraduate courses in the Complutense University and Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid.
Benítez Manaut, Raúl
Raúl Benítez Manaut is a researcher at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He is the author of books and essays on security, armed forces and peace processes in Latin America.

Beris, Jana
Jana Beris is a journalist specializing in the Middle East and a correspondent of the Latin American Service of the BBC and La Nacion (Argentina) in Israel. She studied International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Bernabé, Javier
Javier Bernabé Fraguas is a journalist and co-director of the Specialist in International Information and Southern Countries degree, and of the Preventative Journalism diploma, both in the Complutense University in Madrid. He is an international political analyst, especially for Latin American, for Canal 24 Horas de TVE. He is president of the Preventative Journalism and International Analysis Institute (IPPA in its Spanish initials). He has also been an aid worker and/or journalist in 19 Latin American countries.

Borches, Maximiliano
Maximiliano Borches is a journalist and international analyst. He contributes to various media in the Latin American press and is director of the journal "Horizonte".

Bosoer, Fabián
Fabián Bosoer is a political analyst and journalist. He is a professor of Political Science and International Relations in the University of Buenos Aires and the University of Belgrano. He is an article and opinion editor of the Diario Clarín. He has published “Generals and ambassadors. A history of the parallel diplomacies in Argentina” (Vergara, 2005) and “The Falkland Islands, the final chapter. War and diplomacy in Argentina” (Capital Intellectual-Claves para todos, 2007).
