Miguel Pedrero is an expert journalist of International Policy. He has covered the main global events of the past 20 years for various media, principally on television. His specialty is Central and Eastern Europe.

Peredo Pombo, José María
José María Peredo Pombo is a professor of International Relations at the European University in Madrid, where he also gives classes in International Political Communication and Opinions in the Press, directs the Master’s in Communication and Sports Journalism program and is the principal researcher for a project concerning the 2008 Presidential Election in the United States, a country in which he is an expert in foreign policy and transatlantic relations. He has brought his university work together with the practice of Journalism in different media. He has edited several books and had several scientific articles published in the most prestigious magazines of his area of expertise. He has a PhD in Information Science (specializing in International Relations) and has a degree in Journalism.

Pintor Pirzkall, Heike
Heike Pintor Pirzkall is a professor in the Communication and Humanities department at the European University of Madrid. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Complutense University (Spain). She has completed postgraduate studies (Master’s) in Public Administration at the University of Liverpool, and in European Studies at the University of Kingston-upon-Thames. She is currently working on her doctoral thesis on Latin American Development and Studies. She carries out research on matters regarding multiculturalism and multilingualism, such as the relations between the Latin American continent with Europe and the United States. She has published many articles.

Priego, Alberto
Alberto Priego Moreno is an expert on issues concerning Caucasus and Central Asia. He has been a researcher for the International Studies Department in the Complutense University of Madrid, and is currently a Visiting Scholar at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). He is the author of “The Evolution of the Conflict in Chechnya”, “The Creation of the Azerbaijani Identity and its Influence in the Foreign Policy”, and “Georgia: Another Velvet Revolution?”, among other publications. He has worked as a guest researcher in the East-West Institute and in the Center for Euro-Asian Studies.
